This jig is designed for testing of 40 x 40 x 160mm cement prism after breaking in Flexure and also can be adapted with 50mm platen to test 2†or 50mm mortar cement cube specimen. This jig can be fitted to all Unit Test Compression Test Machine

The flexural Jig is designed for testing of 40.1 x 40 x 160mm cement prism, the frame are fitted with roller beaters accordance to EN 196-1
AD 25/10EN Semi-Auto 250kN / 10kN Twin Frame (Compression / Flexural) Cement
Compression Test Machine are designed to test compression and bending (flexural) strength of mortar or cement specimen accordance to standard requirement.
The load rate are manually control by electronic Variable Speed by Servo motor pump unit (silent Type) and a load Spacing bar Indicator (kN/s) are display in order to guard the loading rate accurate to the standard.
